Transforming your bathroom doesn’t always have to involve a full renovation, and with a few clever hacks it’s easy to breathe new life into the space without ripping out fixtures. 

A fresh coat of paint, some wallpaper, revived grout and new hardware such as drawer handles or towel racks can go a long way, as can clever storage hacks and modern lighting. Another great thing is that if you’re handy, most of these things can be DIY projects that don’t cost a fortune. 

“Wall decor and textiles can transform a bathroom, bringing it to life and enhancing your experience. Framed art, such as paintings or funny dog photos, adds a personal touch,” said Paulina Hospod, president and co-founder of Aha! Interiors in New York City.
